- UJUrsula JonesDec 27, 20253.0Please. DO NOT order online. DO NOT do the drive thru. Go inside. GO INSIDE. Go inside and order. Trust me. Food is good. Workers are friendly. I waited 20 minutes for my food and that was after I got out of the drive thru and went inside and spoke to the manager to get my food or cancel my order. Just go inside to order so you wont get upset. Its a new place. Give them grace.

I want my refund or store credit then you will get one more chay and I will walk inside and watch them make my meal. They also need to pay attention to lane pickup and not literally have us sitting there staring at our package until someone inside sees us.

The food quality itself is in-line with all the other locations but man, they're always out of ingredients and the lines get super long because of that. They also advertise they're open till 11pm but when I dropped by at 10:20 last night, the doors were locked and they were cleaning up. It's been a few weeks since they opened so I figured management has enough data to anticipate how to prepare for each day but that seemingly isn't the case. Every time I've visited I've been met with "oh we're out of (ingredient)" with no plans for preparing more. The population in DT Suffolk was quite excited about this new location but so far the experience has been disappointing.

There wasn't any steak ready on the line was told 10-15 minutes until it was going to be ready. Zero fajitas on the line as well and was told they were not cooked yet or be ready anytime soon. Very small portion and many other items were low or empty on the line. It wasn’t even busy at the time. Hoping this place finds its bearing soon.

They literally put all rice, guacamole not even a full scoop of black beans and not even close to a full portion of meat what so ever. Never again. I’d rather make the drive to NORTH SUFFOLK. Than ever spend my money at this location knowing they are cheating you out of portions yet my meal was $24.xx I normally check my food before I pull off from anywhere but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, nope you won’t get over on me again. If you go here, DO NOT order via digital drive through pickup, go in and WATCH THEM make your food!
