    AVOID THIS LOCATION! Waited in the Chipoltlane for an hour before tapping out. Tried to initiate a cancellation through the app while waiting and customer service claimed they couldn’t cancel the order, but wanted me to write an e-mail, so they could “decide” the level of compensation I could receive. That compensation never came and I had to go through a chargeback with my bank.

    Really disappointed. I love chipotle and was really anticipating this location opening, unfortunately the customer service is abysmal and not worth the time lost for the food quality one would hope to gain. I ordered my food online. It said it would be ready at 7:45. I arrived at 7:40 and sat in an unmoving drive through line for 20 minutes. I was only the third car in the line. When I finally got to the window I was informed they were out of hard taco shells, I had been sitting there all that time and the food wasn’t even prepared. They hadn’t even started making the food items I ordered that they did have all the ingredients for. I dont understand why they wouldn’t call me to confirm my order, or have their online system remove items that were unavailable. Once I got home and dug into my food I realized they packaged all of the tacos in ONE foil, making it very hard to tell what was what, especially difficult because some meats are spicer than others. It’s like Russian roulette as you don’t know what you’re biting into! Very disappointing. Though this is just minutes from my home ill not be returning to this chipotle location.

    Wait time.was crazy and then got to.the serving line it was a mess. All they had was chicken out of mostly everything.

    I ordered my food for 5:10 and told my husband to go pick it up. He waited in the drive thru line for 50 min and no one came up to him, but they saw him there. That is UNACCEPTABLE. The food was ready the whole time but no one bothered to open the window to give him the food, that’s is absolutely ridiculous. Then after that long time of waiting he ended up getting it, he came come and the food was cold to a point where I said we are not eating this. We went back, I went inside and told the worker what happened and I said I want a refund or for them to make us fresh bowls. He didn’t know what to say so he told this women to come and so she asked ”what’s going on” and I told her, and I said I want you guys to make us fresh bowls this is unacceptable. She started being extremely rude and said “I don’t have to anything”. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. People like that should not work in customer service. We then had to wait in line to order again. I also said that we had 2 bags of chips and so they didn’t have any bags of chips in the front so they had to go more to the back to I guess put chips in the bags and at that point I did not trust them, I had a feeling they spit on the chips. We took out food, came home and threw the food out at that point because we lost appetite. People that work there are extremely rude, they don’t care about their customers. This place just opened up and already has such bad reviews etc… I will not be going back there. !!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT CHIPOTLE.
