I brung EVERYTHING back in the next day to get refund because I didn’t want to drive back there that night and the manager was only concerned if I had kept the chips so she wouldn’t have to refund me for those too. No apology or anything, even after I showed her the video I took of the bug! Avoid going here!

Should’ve probably walked out then. I ordered a burrito and my man ordered a burrito bowl. I guess the employee didn’t know how to roll a burrito because she literally balled them up. Even the cashier shook her head when she saw it. What topped it off is that when we got home and tasted the food, it was so salty! We couldn’t even eat it. My man and I thought the experience would be better in person than delivery, but that was a lie. In person experience was just as bad as delivery. Guess the joke is on us because we keep giving Chipotle a chance. The service at most of Chipotles has gotten so bad. Please do better!

The staff don't care and act like you are bothering them when you walk in the door. The bathrooms were disgusting no soap just hand sanitizer smh.
