  This location is ridiculous!!! Today was their BOGO and as soon as you walk in all your hear is some rude employee screaming "MOVE THE LINE & DO NOT BLOCK THE BATHROOMS!, secondly, they have the large billboard signs with prices but do not show the limited time specials or extra add on prices, they are located on a small sign RIGHT IN FRONT IF WHERE PEOPLE STAND IN LINE, so when they are screaming do you want Queso or another add on they DO NOT tell you it cost extra until they ring you up!!! Management is no help either because all they say is "Sorry the prices are listed on the sign", this place is a rip off. Lastly, they are always in such a huge rush they ALWAYS get some item wrong and never credit points onto the app! High prices, small portions. 👎🏼

  For the first time EVER, I was denied my law enforcement discount because I was told that they will only honor Suffolk law enforcement. I won’t be returning.

  I visit this location at least once to twice a month today I experienced a very poor customer service from one of the employees to this point it made me ask for a refund on my food because her comments were every unnecessary. I also called corporate to let them know the situation and appreciate them for talking with me about this situation I experienced today, I will not be back to this location.

  Why does Chipotle open the store on time but then it takes 15 minutes for them to really be ready to open??!! There was nobody up front and when they did finally send someone, she look flustered and then there were no spoons so she had to be back and forth getting spoons ready and then I had to wait for someone to get sent up front to check me out. This location was a hot mess at opening. Add a long wait to my disappointing meal. I ordered a bowl with white rice, chicken, black beans, veggies, tomatoes, corn, green sauce, guac and queso, pretty straightforward. But my gawd, when I bit into it, it tasted like I was eating a lime. I pushed through it but it was SO EXTREMELY TANGY that I ended up throwing away more than half of it. I even tried eating from the other side. I don't know how much lime these ingredients have in it but wow, it was inedible. I've noticed the increasing tanginess at other branches as well. Think I'll take a break from your stuff now. Waste of almost $20.

  Very unhygienic, cashier with tattoos doing mobile orders was in her nose while packing mobile orders and then served my food with booger on the bag
