    To the blonde headed member of the LMNOPQ community that wanted to be nasty and rude slamming the food and closing the bowl with hella food hanging out ur demeanor and behavior was disgusting tonight be careful how you treat ppl I’ll have no issues driving 30 minutes away when I want chipotle bcuz u and ur attitude disgustedly gross.

    Incredibly rude staff. They can’t be bothered to even open the window in the pickup only drive through! My food sat on a shelf getting cold for 30mins after the pickup time, while I was stuck in they’re line waiting to be acknowledged by the women talking in the kitchen. Then after I got the food home, I realize the extra meat was not added on both the items I ordered. Terrible business, terrible workers. They must not want to stay open.

    I just left this Chipotle and should have left as soon I walked in. For a new place it’s disgusting in there. I was able to stand at the register and see the trash can over filled with trash on the floor. The food line table looked like no one had wiped it down all day and the dining room needed to be cleaned. The entire restaurant needed to be cleaned. The young lady who took my order was nice but I didn’t get her name because I had no intention of leaving a review. The chicken was burnt and to SALTY and chewy. I couldn’t eat the chicken bowl because of all the salt. I could have taken my $15 to Wawa. As much as I love Chipotle I won’t be going back to this one.

    I’ve ordered here 3 times since this location has opened, once in person, and twice online. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order online. Both times I received my food and discovered the order was completely wrong after I got home. Even if you order ahead, you will wait for your food to be prepared after getting to the location. You will sit in the drive thru and several people will walk by making eye contact with you but will refuse to acknowledge you. I’d rather drive to Chesapeake or Harbor View because this location is so bad. Management needs to address this asap and hire some competent workers.

    I try to never leave bad reviews but this is bad. I ordered online to pick up, I got there at the scheduled time. There was a line of 6 cars in the drive thru pick up so instead I unloaded all my kiddos and went inside. It was a food service nightmare. There were literally two employees working, no one else in sight. There were 8ish people in line and 4-5 waiting for pick ups. One employee was making food in the kitchen and the other was bouncing back and forth between the drive thru and the inside line but nothing was moving in either direction. It wasn’t their fault that they were short staffed however it’s the fault of the management and leadership for leaving their staff high and dry, set up for complete failure. No one was served at all in the 10 minutes we waited (couldn’t wait longer than that as we had somewhere else to be). The franchise owner and store manager should be ashamed for leaving employees out to dry like that. This wasn’t even during a rush, it was 3:30 on a Sunday. I got in touch with chipotle support online and got a refund but come on y’all. Do better, not for your ratings but for your employees!
