  Stopped at this location while driving through. During my visit it wasn't busy but had a slow running line (6 people in it). 2 workers were working the line and 3-4 were standing by the register talking and hanging out. It took over 15+ minutes to get through the line to order my food. The worker who made my food seemed friendly. After I left and opened my food I noticed the portions were a little skimpy (meat amount and guac). My main issue was that I paid 2.75 extra for guac, only to get about 1-2 bites out of it. At Chipotle guac is added last with all other options under it. I removed the guac and used the fork to show the amount I received. See pics for details. Not worth the price, or time.

  Spent 14 on a bowl And it had a little trickle of meat And some beans and rice Period One of the worst when it comes to price and quantity that I've seen among restaurants

  The employees made 7 different mobile orders in front of my and my husband as a line grew behind us. There was no one in the building picking up online orders. They need to serve whoever is here first before getting mobile orders done especially if it’s in the main line and not in the designated area for online orders. The girl who made my bowl was very rude and did not speak at all. Horrible customer service. This is the only one in my area and now I feel uncomfortable visiting this location I will be driving 30 minutes from my house from now on to go to a different chipotle.

  Placed an online order got to the store seen my order being Made after the time it was supposed to be done. Employee took the order out of the oven and set it there while she went and made other orders about 10 minutes Go By and my food is still sitting. Now with me waiting 15 minutes past when it said my food will be done. Ask to see a manager for a refund, but was told because I ordered online. The manager said I cannot have a refund order will be remade, but the manager act like she had an attitude. I did not agree to the order being made because of the attitude I already experienced.

  This location is ridiculous!!! Today was their BOGO and as soon as you walk in all your hear is some rude employee screaming "MOVE THE LINE & DO NOT BLOCK THE BATHROOMS!, secondly, they have the large billboard signs with prices but do not show the limited time specials or extra add on prices, they are located on a small sign RIGHT IN FRONT IF WHERE PEOPLE STAND IN LINE, so when they are screaming do you want Queso or another add on they DO NOT tell you it cost extra until they ring you up!!! Management is no help either because all they say is "Sorry the prices are listed on the sign", this place is a rip off. Lastly, they are always in such a huge rush they ALWAYS get some item wrong and never credit points onto the app! High prices, small portions. 👎🏼
