  Worst drive-thru!!!!! I rather go to the one on Main St. Sat for 30 mins in the mobile drive-thru because the very first car had a complaint, so why did they not move that vehicle into one of the drive thru parking spot is beyond me. I was finished with my food prior to even leaving. Also, if everyone is ordering their food in order, WHY is the food not giving in that order, food was delivered out randomly to people in the back, WHY???? No one can move, there is no passing lane, get the ppl who are in the front their food first!!!!!

  No one greeted me when I pulled up at the drive thru,the girl took my money and gave me my change and walked away and did say anything.

  Unfortunately the worst no structure on food delivery at drive thru when you get your food then we sat 20 mins in drive thru waiting to get food. One person delivering the food out to people behind us while i watch the manager come back from doing the trash then stand at the door to scratchhis back on the door frame. This will be my only time coming to this one. I will give credit to the young man running the orders out he was trying so hard to get the food out.

  I recently visited the newly opened Chick-fil-A, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve ever had. I understand it just opened a few days ago, but there was absolutely no structure or organization—just pure chaos from start to finish. For a grand opening, I expected things to be a bit more controlled, even if it wasn’t perfect yet. Instead, the service was poor, the food quality was disappointing, and the overall experience felt completely uncoordinated. It honestly took away from the excitement of having this location in the neighborhood. It’s especially frustrating because the Chick-fil-A sets such a high standard—they run like a well-oiled machine every single time. I really hope this new location takes notes and improves quickly, because right now, it’s a huge letdown.
