Either somebody is doing the inventory very wrong for the store to be out of virtually everything during business hours or the employees didn’t feel like working tonight.

I waited and then was told he has to refund me because they're out of everything. They close at 11. Everything is already broken down and hes telling the crew to wash trays. Manager also said they werent dropping anything else tonight when i asked. I used to work there and im familiar with everything. Terrible service. Fire the manger that worked 3/30/26 please.

- CBCarlton BallardMar 1, 20261.0The quality of the food and service has dropped over the last several years. I recently went to Bojangles and ordered through drive-thru. The young lady that took my order was rude and making comments under her breath that I could hear through the speaker. I drove up to the window to get my food and went home. When I got home half of the biscuit was missing on three of the sandwiches I had ordered. Even my 7 year old child pointed out what was this. Not to include her sandwich had a strand of hair on it. Bad customer service and poor quality of food. This was around 11:00 a.m. I can expect poor service and food after 7:00 p.m., which they will give you dried chicken that is overcooked and a rubbery biscuit. It’ll be a while before I go back to this restaurant.
