  I went in and ordered and then waited almost 30 minutes for my food. The restaurant was almost empty and the staff was goofing off in the back. When I asked how much longer till me food was done I was ignored and when I got my food it was cold worst experience ever don’t recommend

  There were two managers working the drive thru window/ two managers working the “frontline in general” only employees I saw tbh. That just makes it worse that I had to go back for a drink that I didn’t receive. 🥴🤦‍♀️ The female employee was Wearing leggings with no pockets and constantly pulled her hand in and out of her pants checking it multiple times and texting people back simply slipping it back into her pants then handling my food. Disgusting. 🤢 What else goes on I don’t see?

  Horrible experience! At5:30pm they were out of Roast Beef, and out of chicken…how does a restaurant that’s main food like roast beef be out?!?! I ordered a corn beef Ruben combo - fries were ice cold and the service was ridiculous - they wanted to be anywhere else obviously . I can’t think of a good reason to ever go back !!!!!!

  This place needs a regional mgr to pay a visit asap. Every time I come to this location, the orders either are never right or they’re half way and lazily prepared. Last time I came by here, the woman at the window refused to warm up the au jus for your French dips due to it always being lukewarm. The employee at the window flat out refused. I told her to cancel the order altogether and left. I won’t be coming back here. Your staff is lazy and inhospitable.
