Our initial order arrived to us very cold and what seemed to have sat out far past the time you could safely consume. Katherine asked me to stop in and she would guarantee the food to be fresh and hot. She went out of her way to redo the whole order and even threw in some goodies. Definitely going above and beyond! Great service to hold on to their customers!
