I came in and used the kiosk to order our food, I went in to use the restroom, I came back out and our order was ready. Everything was exactly how we ordered it. It tasted like it wad freshly made and not sitting around in a warmer for too long. Probably one of the quickest and best McDonalds stops we had on our road trip from NY to NC and back. I would completely recommend you to stop here if you are thinking about it.

But this morning we just needed something quick and easy so we came to the strasburg McDonald's and the service was amazing and the food was all correct and prompt. The front cashier Ashley Fisher was very sweet and accommodating. I actually had a real convo with her, which with the hustle and bustle of people nowadays, doesn't come by very often. So that was very nice!! Great experience all around!!!

But this place needs some help. We ordered some sandwiches via the kiosk and that experience was fine. The sandwiches were all put together sloppily. We literally had to rearrange some of them, so we could eat them. Further, the place was staffed by teenagers (this was 9/8 at 7pm or so). My wife asked one of the girls for honey mustard sauce for her chicken sandwich, and the stare we got back said, "How dare you make me work!" The same girl followed us out and joined one of her friends for a smoke outside. Very unprofessional and unkind!
