- JLJennifer LangNov 12, 20251.0They never get your order right they mistreat there newer employees and a shift leader I believe is Alyssa is very very rude to newer employees from what I’ve seen she sits back while they are in a rush with no help and she gives a lot of attitude when you ask them to fix your drink I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the next Dunkin' I’ve given too many chances.

I guess they are just boring. They have taken away a lot of the good donuts. Like the one with that coconut🥥 crunch, and Bavarian cream. Speaking of cream, WHERE IS IT?? I CAN'T FIND IT?? The filled donuts only have a tiny, tiny, tiny, little itty bitty, little smidgen of filling now. Maybe I'm wrong but I remember when you used to bite into one the filling would squirt out, and you would have filling with every bite. And didn't they used to have a lemon filled, and a strawberry filled one? Anyway the service at this Dunkin Donuts is great. They are very accommodating. Every time I've been there it's been a good experience, well except I'm still looking for my filling....
