She got my order right, moved the line fast, and made the whole experience way better than expected. Customer service like that is hard to find nowadays. Give her a raise!

- MEMadison EvansMar 17, 20261.0My friend and I went to this Taco Bell around 11:30 PM and were the only car in the drive-thru. The employee asked if we were ready to order, and we said we needed a minute to look at the menu. After about two minutes, my friend placed her order while I was still deciding. Instead of waiting (with no one else in line), the employee snapped, “You need to order. You usually have one minute to order, and you already took two.” When my friend said “excuse me?” he just went completely silent like a child refusing to communicate. When we tried to place my order, he wouldn’t respond until we asked if he could hear us, at which point he said “What do you want?” in an annoyed tone and told us to pull forward. At that point we didn’t even trust him with our food anymore, so we pulled up to the window to cancel the order. He said “alright, okay” and immediately slammed the window shut. We left and went to the McDonald’s in the same shopping center instead, where the staff were actually polite and professional. If you’re deciding between this Taco Bell and McDonald’s, do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s. This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I would give this Taco Bell zero stars if I could.
