  This place smells bad, the food is worse than regular subway locations. Service is questionable and so is the food quality.

  I really disappointed 😞 why they are putting they sing right ✅️ by the glass. No way you can see what is there . I know they don't want you choosing all of them. But is our money 💰 n they charge you anyway. 🤔 they have to remove from the glass . So you can see what they offered.. come on subway what wrong. ..... now you no love our money .

  Didnt even acknowledge me, just had to stand there a few minutes before i walked out next door to a place that would serve me. Sad because I havent been to a subway in a while and now i dont see myself coming back ever.

  I live close to this location so I have been several times. The food is on par with most of the restaurants, although veggies often look wilted/old. My issue is more with the slow and rude customer service. I have come in and waited for 10 minutes for someone to assist me while employees laugh and joke around in the back. The service is always very slow, even with only 1-2 customers in the store. Today, I ordered online to save time. I forgot to request the bread be toasted, so I tried to call in to fix it. I called about 15 times before someone picked up. Once they answered, I explained my request, and they told me to call back later because they were too busy right now. I told them that was unacceptable customer service and that I would hold until they were free because it took so long for anyone to even answer the phone (this is at 10:45 am, not lunch rush either). After holding for 12 minutes, someone comes on and I explain my request to please have the bread toasted on my online order. I had to explain it 4 times before she finally said okay we will do that. She was about to hang up and I said, do you need to know my order number or name so you know which order to fix? She says "oh, ummm. Well we didn't get any online orders." I told her I was already charged for it and have an order number. I gave her the confirmation number and confirmed the store number and address. She said it didn't matter because they didn't get it so just order over the phone with, which I did. About 5 minutes after hanging up, I got a call back saying that they couldn't make the sub because they didn't get an order and can't prove that I paid for it and I would have to come in with a printed receipt to show I paid and it was their store and then they would make the sub for me. I couldn't even cancel the order and be done with it because they can't find it. I just feel like it is always something with this store. Hope they are able to address their poor operations/customer service soon.
