  Horrible customer Service. They get your order wrong and then blame you like it’s your fault on top of that ordered a large fries and it was half empty showed it to them and they did not seem to care.

  Ice cream machine, frappe machine or the milkshake machine is apparently never working at night time. Seems like the staff is lazy and just does not want to clean the machines hence they take the easy way out and say “the machine is not working” Atleast post a sign outside so people dont get in line for 40 minutes and be stuck just to find out the machine is broken. Management needs to do a better job. Shame.

  My husband and I have been to this McDonald's location multiple times, and every single visit something has gone wrong. I’ve held off on leaving a negative review until now, but what happened on 3/24 at approximately 2:18 AM was completely unacceptable. We placed a mobile order around 1:50 AM while on our way. We arrived at the drive-thru at about 1:56 AM and sat there for roughly 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention—no response at all. After getting nowhere, we pulled up to the window and waited another 15 minutes before a woman finally walked by. When we tried to get her attention, she simply waved her hand dismissively and said, “We are closed,” then walked off. No explanation, no attempt to help, nothing. We asked if we could at least get a refund since we couldn’t cancel the order at that point. Again, she waved us off and ignored us. About 10 minutes later, a man walked by and completely ignored us as well. Eventually, he opened the window, and we explained the situation. His response? “We are closed.” When we asked about a refund, he told us there was nothing he could do and that we had to go through the app. I then asked to speak to a manager, and he said the manager was “in the office.” We waited another 15 minutes, and still no one came. At that point, after nearly 45 minutes of being ignored, dismissed, and given zero assistance, we gave up and left to go to another location. As we were leaving, we could clearly see around four employees sitting and laying around in the main dining area. So let me get this straight—there were multiple employees inside, but not a single one could take a moment to help customers who had already paid? This was beyond frustrating—it was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. This will absolutely be our last time ever going to this location. I strongly do not recommend anyone else waste their time or money.

  The worst place to spend hard working money and for the attitude like they giving me the favor to spend my money and it’s my mistake I get wrong and cold order and it’s not the crew mistake the manager and the store manager don’t know how to run the store because this mistakes are regular and the five stares in the reviews mostly they are from the crew that’s how I can feel from there work

  I came thru at 9:47 AM to get a drink and a small snack until they opened for lunch. I’ve been really curious to try the Big Arch meal, so I asked what time is lunch. The first response I got is “No”. Then I asked again and they said “No Lunch”…I then replied that I know it’s not lunch right now I’m just asking what time lunch is. Then someone else came on the mic and we had the same conversation, but the second reply was “10:30 AM.” It’s a simple question but I was driving and headed thru the drive thru and couldn’t remember if it was 11:00 or 11:30. Now I know it’s 10:30 AM. At the window the drive thru lady had a look of anger towards me. I just explained that all I wanted to know is what time lunch was and I wasn’t trying to upset her by asking multiple times, but I don’t want her to be upset for not understanding me. She just glared at me and said okay and quickly slammed the drive thru window when I got my food. If there’s one thing I know it’s not to eat or drink food from angry fast food workers. Dumped out my coke and threw away my hash brown. Needless to say, I won’t be back to McDonalds for lunch. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s in my life and had a mix of good and bad experiences. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write about it. Order#86 Store#703
