I understand that people have bad days and if she was having a really bad one then I am truly sorry but I walked into that establishment feeling like death and wanted to walk out feeling a little lighter and instead walked out with an even bigger burden on my shoulder.. If a person is not customer service oriented then don’t work in the service industry especially food. I hope this Wendy’s get shut down due to their customer service.
