The owners have consistently been kind, respectful, and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. The shop is always clean, well organized, and my online order is prepared exactly as requested. I especially appreciate that this location has had the same owners all these years—it’s been a reliable and welcoming staple in our weekly lunch routine. As I was asking for my toppings she seemed to get upset that I asked for more ingredients i.e extra lettuce and extra onion. Then as I am naming off the rest of my toppings she motions her hand to tell me to hurry up & keeps saying “what else” aggressively. I pay for my food and she purposely does not give me a receipt

- RRrozitaNov 25, 20251.0I’ve given this Subway location multiple chances, but the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Each time I’ve used a coupon, the same employee has given me attitude and made comments like “coupon again?” as if I’m doing something wrong. A coupon is still business, and there’s no reason to talk down to customers for using one. On top of that, she overcharged me for a sandwich that already includes bacon (Chicken Bacon). Instead of ringing it properly, she charged me separately for chicken and then again for bacon. When I asked about it, I got more attitude instead of help. This is the closest Subway to my home, but after these experiences, I won’t be returning. Respect and proper communication should be basic customer service.
