- VCVale CMIVNov 11, 20251.0Service is horrible at this location, the lady was Rude. Didn’t greet, neither made an eye contact. I asked politely for chipotle sauce in one half, she ignored me, I asked a second time she responded “I heard you “ and she started talking on her language. She was by herself so I asked where is your manager she responded back using a high tone of voice “ I am the Owner “ so I continued to asked if this is how she treats the customers and she said YES BECAUSE YOU ARE CHEAP USING COUPONS. And she proceeded to say leave, leave. Subway should consider discontinuing their business to people like this female owner. Worse experience ever. I will never go to this location again.

For customer service, the person working ideally would initiate this, but at the very least would respond to a customer. The woman who works here is incredibly rude and never replies when we greet or thank her, always acting as if our presence irritates her.
