When my food was ready they called out an internal order number at the counter and took my food back to the kitchen. I then waited to be acknowledged at the counter and they began the search for my food. By the time I got my food it was cold. But also my drink cup was empty. I asked if they could fill my cup up and they pointed towards the drink machine. I told them the boxes prevented me from getting to the machine. This occurred with three different employees. Did I say wheelchair? I'm on crutches and in the motorized cart Walmart has available. So I repeatedly rammed the stack of boxes with my electric motor driven cart to clear enough space to reach the drink machine. The employee watched this and still did not offer to help. I got my drink. I'm loving it.
