The lady working at the first drive-thru window (the one who prints the receipts) was very passive-aggressive with me. I simply asked her to confirm my order because the screen was showing an order that wasn’t mine. Her sarcastic response was, “You ordered, right? So who should know what you ordered?” — all while printing my receipt with a mocking smile on her face. I honestly don’t understand why someone who seems to dislike their job would continue working in customer service.
