The manager/supervisor seemed annoyed I didn't want the large drink as it was the same price. Had to wait about 5 minutes so I assumed (my mistake) that the items would be hot off the grill. Not! The two McDoubles were a) cold and b) not McDoubles (they gave me cheeseburgers instead). The buns were stale and on the "chewy" side and the cheese, being cold, was like rubber. The fries were okay. :-| I've always had issues with this location but figured how bad could they screw up a simple order. They accepted the challenge and went out of their way to make the experience one that ranks up there with a root canal or a tax audit. I was going to call the manager... but for what? They don't care. :-( Next time I'm hungry after 11pm... I'll fix a sandwich from the fridge; I know it will be correct. ;-)
