  so I went there today to get my latte and the girl on the drive-through said that their machine broke down so they couldn’t give me a hot latte but they could make me a Iced latte instead. I said I didn’t want a iced latte, but maybe I could get a refund please. The girl said that there’s no manager and told me to come to the Drive-through window So I did. She kept forcing me to get the ice latte instead I told her that it was too cold and I have a throat infection and I can’t drink an iced latte. It was then that the lady who was supposed to be maybe the manager who was hearing the entire conversation finally decided to give me the refund. It’s just that I shouldn’t have to buy something that I don’t want. and also the fact that the girl at the cashier lied that there was no manager present and that she kept asking me to buy something I didn’t want that makes me a little upset. It’s a really small issue , but just you know to maintain their integrity as a business, It’s important not to lie. I Did get my refund though and got my Duncan latte from another store like a mile away.

  The staff in the drive thru got my order wrong, when the mistake was pointed out, the manager was very short and borderline rude. After She did something on the computer, she said something to her employee then walked away. The employee at the window said they were making my food. She then looked at her computer and spent a few minutes spinning in circles saying "I dont know what to do" finally the manager came back over and in a very nasty tone demanded i hand over my credit card - nobody had even asked for it yet after charging me for my wrong order. I will not be going back to this location. Between the inability of the employees to handle a seemingly slow morning and the attitude of the manager, this was NOT a good experience. Ill spend more money and go to Starbucks next time.

  Recently i’ve been coming here and it’s been so slow, like i’m talking like sitting in the drive through for 5-10 minutes (probably longer) with no cars in the line. Couldn’t even get a straw without being handed one and they close the window and walk away.

  The store doesn’t have enough sugar and donates And the service is terrible , and my coffee they give to other person
