  This location always has the most terrible customer service ever and they don’t hide it. Also they will talk shit about you out loud in Spanish. As a Spanish speaker I understood every word and it’s kinda insane that they didn’t even whisper what they had to say.

  Worst coffee, slow service- americano felt like water with no coffee - argued with me that it has only 1 shot espresso, it should be 2 shots; Dunkin sucks here

  Very small squishy doughnuts. They were very ok. The staff is very nice and does their best to make quality doughnuts. We tried once that was good enough

  so I went there today to get my latte and the girl on the drive-through said that their machine broke down so they couldn’t give me a hot latte but they could make me a Iced latte instead. I said I didn’t want a iced latte, but maybe I could get a refund please. The girl said that there’s no manager and told me to come to the Drive-through window So I did. She kept forcing me to get the ice latte instead I told her that it was too cold and I have a throat infection and I can’t drink an iced latte. It was then that the lady who was supposed to be maybe the manager who was hearing the entire conversation finally decided to give me the refund. It’s just that I shouldn’t have to buy something that I don’t want. and also the fact that the girl at the cashier lied that there was no manager present and that she kept asking me to buy something I didn’t want that makes me a little upset. It’s a really small issue , but just you know to maintain their integrity as a business, It’s important not to lie. I Did get my refund though and got my Duncan latte from another store like a mile away.
