- ANAndrew NassratFeb 19, 20261.0Horrible service I came in to order and the lady rolled her eyes at me and threw the bowl on the table and when she proceeded to add stuff to my bowl she aggressively put it and was making a mess, when i asked for white rice she said they were out where i can clearly see half of it was full and same goes for the chicken and the fajitas, kept ignoring me and making weird face gestures and complaining about her job when we were nothing but respectful to them. NEVER COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE.

I went to South Riding Chipotle on 2/17/2026 evening and picked up an order placed on the app. When I reached home the food was not what I ordered leaving us to figure out alternate plans for dinner. What a waste of time and money.
- JHJuliana HarringtonFeb 5, 20261.0this chipotle is genuinely the worst chipotle I have ever been to. when I got to the restaurant, it was packed and one of the managers was aggressively yelling out times to the employees trying to make them work faster. The other employees were visibly stressed out and made me the wrong order. I asked for kid tacos, but they made me regular tacos making the price triple the amount I was prepared to pay. i expected to pay $5-6 but ended up with a $16 bill. when I was checking out, the workers (including the manager) were very rude to me when I was confused that they were charging me for regular tacos. They did not offer to fix my meal for me. I will never go to this chipotle again, and I recommend going to the Chantilly location rather than this one.
