  For a brand new resturant, Chipotle should be embarrassed. The portion sizes are much smaller than any other location ive been to in the last 20 years. If you order to go, your queso, salse, or quac sides will literally be half full. Now to the real issue, the quality is garbage. The steak I just got in my bowl is burnt and rock hard. Hard enough you can't stab it with a fork. The burnt flavor was so strong it tainted everything else in the bowl. If you're in the area, I would highly suggest driving to the next closest Chipotle in Chantilly or Sterling.

  I work across the street and unfortunately this is the closet chipotle to me for my lunch break. I try to give them a chance after chance but they never greet anyone and when you ask for more toppings they have an attitude. My last straw was all of the forks were dirty and I asked someone if they could grab me a fork from the back after they had already brought up a fork for a lady in front of me, the girl turned around to her coworkers and said “now everybody needs forks” YES EVERYONE NEEDS FORKS BECAUSE THE ONES YOU HAVE OUT ARE DISGUSTING. This is not acceptable and I will never be back until they hire a whole new staff

  Worst chipotle I’ve been to. Consistently dirty. Trash bins overflowing. Food all over the prep counter. Food crumbs on the register counter and the cashier couldn’t care less about wiping it down. Kitchen floor was dirty with discarded food items, gloves, etc. The staff absolutely does not care about cleanliness as they kept making food orders on top of spilled food with not a single employee bothering to wipe down the counters. This is a management issue. It seems like no one is held to account. Honestly can’t trust that they care much about food safety. Won’t be coming back.

  What a horrible experience. Ordered three meals and was rushed through the line. The one girl behind the counter was literally yelling "WHAT ELSE?" at me when I was still talking to the other person, who was making the next meal. She didn't do this once or twice. Nope, about three or four times. I was about to set her straight but left it. Hopefully she won't last long. Portions were smaller than any other Chipotle just like others say. Complaining to Chipotle doesn't do anything unless you want a free burrito. My wife was always hoping for a Chipotle in this shopping center and when it finally opened, it was such a disappointment that she will drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to another one.

  The worst Chipotle I've ever visited. Service was very slow and it was only 4 people in line. The person making the food seemed like they had little to no training. Eating area was trashed and I had to clean a table for my family to eat. An employee on break was sitting with her feet up on the drink station and didn't get down when I approached just moved over with feet still on counter and continued her phone conversation. So very unsanitary. The food was terrible. The chicken tasted like they hadn't cleaned the grill and it was partly burnt. Food appearance sucked and portions of the ingredients were way off. Ordered the new red chimichurri sauce, which is an up charge, but it had half the ingredients in it so the taste wasn't the same as other chipotle I've had it at. This place needs new management or better management. Never going there again. Worst $60 ive spent in a while.
