  This is the worst Chipotle in area and a consumer rip-off! Do not order or pickup from the drive-thru window instead go in and have them prepare your food in front you. I had several pickup orders where the food was cold, the order wasn't right, and the protein portion was a fraction of what it should have been. They can never seem to get it right at this location. This is a very disappointing representation for Chipotle. The other Chipotle's in the area way better than this location.

  This is the third time I’ve had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. The employees are not properly trained, the food was very cold, and overall it was disgusting. The entire store felt unorganized, and the service was extremely bad. It honestly looks like the staff has never been trained. I gave this location multiple chances, but after this third experience, I will never go back. I want other customers to be aware. Not all Chipotle locations are like this — the Chipotle near Wegmans is much better, and that’s the one I would recommend instead. Very disappointed. The two stars Is a lot Deserve zero stardeserve zero stars

  One day, I came here to pick up an order, and there was another customer waiting before me who said she had already been waiting for 40 minutes to an hour. She was clearly upset because she kept trying to get help, but none of the staff seemed to care. I also ended up waiting at least 30 minutes, if not longer. On another visit, I ordered in person, and one of the employees was very rude. When I asked for a little more rice because the portion was too small, she slammed the container down very hard. It was so loud that it really surprised me, and it felt like she was annoyed just because I made a simple request. After that, she put an excessive amount of sour cream on my bowl though I asked for a small amount, which made the food cold and ruined the taste. This location is the closest Chipotle to my home, so I used to come here often. Unfortunately, because of these repeated experiences, I now hesitate to come here even though it’s the most convenient option. I understand that service can depend on who is working at the time, but this has not been a one-time issue, which is why I’m leaving this review.

  READ REVIEWS: This place is pretty awful. Lemonade tasted nothing short of plain water. portion sizes suck. staff is unhelpful. Food was cold. i want to leave 0⭐️, change your staff they dont like their jobs. MUST READ: Their phones line is automated and doesnt let you speak with any of the staff or let you get a refund for this elevated garbage. If you want to simply get your money back, the automation routes you to a cat and mouse chase just to talk to someone. embarrassing
