    I made a drivethru order. The wait time was considerable. The person who ordered in front of me had to go back inside to get their order corrected. When I was given my food, the employee spoke very quickly, and I asked her to repeat what she had said. She was then quite rude. Lousy service, lousy attitude. A computer takes your drivethru order. The less this employee interacts with people, the better.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly, attentive service, and the food is always hot, fresh and flavorful. The chicken is crispy and well seasoned, the biscuits are fluffy and buttery, and the sides are consistently good. I've tried other Bojangles locations in the area and none compare to this one.
