The behavior of your staff was not only highly incompetent but also resulted in the severe humiliation of my family without cause. We are long-standing and loyal Baskin Robbins customers, not just in the US but across multiple international branches. This incident is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of basic manners and communication skills among your employees. We believe this treatment may constitute discrimination. We demand immediate action be taken against the individuals responsible. This matter will be escalated to Baskin Robbins management and owners for further review and resolution. They had all the ice cream still in the display and 0 donuts. They informed us that they were closing and we could get donuts but no ice cream. Again, there were no donuts, and all the ice cream was in the display + the attendant was standing by the register. There's no better way to alienate your customers than to turn them away for no reason.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
