  It’s quite obvious that there is no manager on the premise. There is a non-functioning team that just keeps the customer queue longer. I see that there are some employees who try to work hard but without the proper management that is no use. App orders never on time.

  I have been going to this Chipotle since it opened. It started off great, but recently the portion sizes kept getting smaller. The last like 5 times I went, they only filled up about half the bowl. Definitely not worth the price.

  I came before noon to get some food for my contractors. I was the only person in line and I didn’t except fancy restaurant service; just wanted to place a quick order and go about my day. The employees were immersed in their conversation so I waited a bit for them to wrap up. After while when no one seems to care that I’m waiting to be served so I finally tried to get their attention by saying “ can I get your attention please” . The young woman was clearly irked and irritated and aggressively asked me “what you want?” and began handling the bowls and food aggressively (throwing bowls around, aggressively outing food to bowls while portioning), which made it clear that she was unhappy that I interrupted their important personal conversation. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location, and I hope the company takes note of this kind of behavior.

  Overall, portion sizes were reasonable on a Sunday lunch rush and service was quick and easy. One positive for us was that the new cilantro lime sauce was a great addition to the meal. We both found it to be more flavorful than simply getting the sour cream. The negative feedback I’ll provide is regarding the inconsistent slicing of the onions and fajita peppers. This made some of the bites less appealing than others. More importantly, I saw the worker cutting onions in the back using unsafe cutting technique with hand placement too close to the blade and fingers making flat contact rather than curled.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked to the pick-up area and didn’t see the order I’m supposed to be driving, so I preceded to inch towards the cashier with my phone out while the line trickled down. The cashier pulls out her phone, avoids eye contact, and starts looking at it instead of acknowledging my existence. The expo/bagging worker next to her starts talking to her, then to the other staff. They both continue ignoring me, after I’ve been standing there for 6-7 minutes.. After the last customer finishes purchasing their order, I walk up and ask if they’re working on the order, and tell them the name of the person. They look at another worker working the mobile order food preparation section and that lady looks at them and shrugs..after an awkward thirty seconds of no response, I ask them again what that means and if the order is coming. They reply “Yeah, coming..” so I sit right in front of the cashier and wait, as more customers trickle in and another customer with a mobile order or delivery order walks up with his phone out and waits for acknowledgment from the cashier or staff. Same thing, he is ignored. I turn to him and tell him: “The staff will not acknowledge you if you don’t ask..” The cashier then turns completely around and faces her back to me and goes on her phone. When the gentleman asks if his order is ready they give it to him.. I spent fifteen minutes driving to this location and another fifteen to receive the order. The front of house staff are tatted up meaning they’re adults, yet their customer service is non-existent.. I also order food here sometimes and the portions are small compared to the Dulles and Chantilly locations.
