  I ordered t/o Taco Bell and KFC for my husband. He is & always has been a huge KFC fan. This time, however, he only ate about half of 1 of the 2 Original Recipe Breasts. He said it was the worst KFC he'd ever had & it was so dry, he choked on the part of the 1 piece he DID eat. We were traveling from SC to PA, and stopped to spend the night at a Holiday Inn that was practically next door. He had been driving since the morning, so after we checked in, I went over to get some dinner for us to eat. The only complaint I have is that this particular Taco Bell doesn't "shred" the chicken they put in their burritos; it's in chunks/cubes. I wasn't too fond of that at all. The beef burrito, on the other hand, was good. I requested, and paid for, EXTRA sour cream in both burritos, but I could barely even taste it in the burritos at all. The green beans were delicious & my husband said his mashed potatoes and gravy were good, just as always. The young men who waited on me were very nice and friendly while taking my order and were very polite, especially when I engaged them in my travel silly conversation! (I was exhausted, starving and needed a bath!) They probably laughed their heads off at "the old hag" who wouldn't shut up! Lol Seriously, I was so tired, I just wanted to keep alert & awake to get some food in me!! : )

  You have to wonder if the kitchen is clean, when you go to get napkins and there holders are disgusting. My crunchwrap was a soggy wrap and I ate it as soon as I got it.

  As soon as it gets past 5pm this place goes down hill drastically I found a piece of meat in my nacho fries cheese sauce cup. The chicken in my dipping burrito was dry and hard. It’s just amazing how a place can be HALFWAY decent during the day then night shift comes in and makes it HORRIBLE. I will no longer be giving this location anymore of my money.

  I sat for almost 45 minutes waiting for a DoorDash. Nobody greeted me. I waited patiently. I knew they were busy and I understand being busy but not greeting me after seeing me stand up there for over 20 to 30 minutes alone is insane. The only woman that did was the one in drive-through and that was for the drinks for the order The boy at the front register just said we’re really busy you know which is completely understandable but you didn’t greet me. You didn’t let me know how long my food was gonna be. And it ended up being missing items messing with my rates after I repeatedly ask is this everything because it was a larger order The bag was already sealed. I am unable to open the bag any other time I go to this Taco Bell to eat as a customer. I receive improper service will not be returning anybody who dashes here. Good luck.
