  As soon as it gets past 5pm this place goes down hill drastically I found a piece of meat in my nacho fries cheese sauce cup. The chicken in my dipping burrito was dry and hard. It’s just amazing how a place can be HALFWAY decent during the day then night shift comes in and makes it HORRIBLE. I will no longer be giving this location anymore of my money.

  I sat for almost 45 minutes waiting for a DoorDash. Nobody greeted me. I waited patiently. I knew they were busy and I understand being busy but not greeting me after seeing me stand up there for over 20 to 30 minutes alone is insane. The only woman that did was the one in drive-through and that was for the drinks for the order The boy at the front register just said we’re really busy you know which is completely understandable but you didn’t greet me. You didn’t let me know how long my food was gonna be. And it ended up being missing items messing with my rates after I repeatedly ask is this everything because it was a larger order The bag was already sealed. I am unable to open the bag any other time I go to this Taco Bell to eat as a customer. I receive improper service will not be returning anybody who dashes here. Good luck.

  I would rate the service a zero if i could. The employees are unhygienic especially the chicken fryer who has mold growing under his nails. Oh and also I saw the same chicken fryer smoking outside and he came back in without washing his hands. The managers are always yelling and the woman with glasses in the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was laughing in the mic and was giving attitude when i tried telling her my order. I would NOT recommend coming here.

  I would rate it 2 but probably 1, lady was okay, but misunderstood me and didn’t even ask for confirming! She was about to charge me for 47 dollars! For a 12 dollar order!

  The food in the Stephen city Taco Bell compared to the Pleasant Valley Taco Bell is very drastic. Recommend I would not recommend going to the Stephen city Taco Bell If you want a grilled cheese burrito or a nacho bell grande or anything in general. The pleasant valley one tastes way better and they have a better atmosphere.
