I knew they were busy and I understand being busy but not greeting me after seeing me stand up there for over 20 to 30 minutes alone is insane. The only woman that did was the one in drive-through and that was for the drinks for the order The boy at the front register just said we’re really busy you know which is completely understandable but you didn’t greet me. You didn’t let me know how long my food was gonna be. And it ended up being missing items messing with my rates after I repeatedly ask is this everything because it was a larger order The bag was already sealed. I am unable to open the bag any other time I go to this Taco Bell to eat as a customer. I receive improper service will not be returning anybody who dashes here. Good luck.

Oh and also I saw the same chicken fryer smoking outside and he came back in without washing his hands. The managers are always yelling and the woman with glasses in the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was laughing in the mic and was giving attitude when i tried telling her my order. I would NOT recommend coming here.

Recommend I would not recommend going to the Stephen city Taco Bell If you want a grilled cheese burrito or a nacho bell grande or anything in general. The pleasant valley one tastes way better and they have a better atmosphere.
