I have been ordering from here for about 3 years, since moving to Front Royal from Winchester, and I have had issues from them here and there but not too bad. Tonight was the final straw! I placed an online order a few hours before picking it up, I set the pickup time for 6:00 because I know how this place is, as I was planning on picking it up at 6:30. I got there at 6:40, and I was informed by the boy working the register that it was going to be another 35 minutes before my order was ready! Not to mention every time I go in there, there is a redheaded girl with glasses that seems to have the biggest attitude towards everyone, including the other employees.

The only consistent part of this franchise is they consistently cannot hit their time estimates by a large margin. First time it happened it was over an hour after the expected time and the pizza showed up cold. Delivery driver still expected me to pay for it. Honestly I'm done with this store for good. Worst experience I've ever had with a pizza place period.
