They've forgotten entire parts of my order several times and JUST gave me a cup of hot water with a small amount of unmixed chocolate syrup at the bottom for hot chocolate and my coffee was just as bad. I genuinely don't understand how this keeps happening.

I was on an 8 hour drive that day and couldn’t get into a Waffle House so I stopped at McDonald’s across the street. I didn’t have to wait too long for my food which hit my expectations. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a double filet o fish for my dad. 5 hours later I was so violently sick, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, dizzy, fatigued, you name it!!!!!!! I got such horrible food poisoning from the nuggets. PLEASE MCDONALDS, STOP GIVING AWAY OLD OR UNDERCOOKED FOOD!!!!!!!
