I try to contact someone through the app, you can't. AI assistant asks you literally dozens of questions and opens a case for you. Meanwhile, I'm starving and now need to get food, and also physically drive to the store to get a refund for my order. They offered no apology or explanation, said that the driver just left with my order a few minutes ago. I did not believe him and even if it did, the food would probably be covered in ants or stolen by the time I got back. I literally called the store in front of them while I was waiting for someone to talk to me and it rang. It was ringing the whole time I was there. No one even looked at the phone. As I left I said he should pick up the phone, and with no care at all he said "little busy". Literally just picking up the phone and saying the order is taking a long time because they were slammed would have saved all this trouble. The food was at my door when I got back, cold. It was also awful, so I'm glad I stopped and got something else on the way home because it was bad enough that I didn't even want to put it in the fridge. Awful food, awful people, don't waste your time or money.

The thin crust was so dry it was inedible. There was one older adult employee that actually looked for the missing order and found it in about 20 seconds because he actually LOOKED for it.
