When I arrived at Domino’s #4393, 220 Elizabeth Dr, I was told my order hadn’t even been put in the oven yet and I’d need to wait another 20 minutes. When I questioned why the app said complete, the response was: “That’s the app and this is reality.” That’s dismissive, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Don’t show orders as complete if they aren’t, and don’t blame customers for trusting your app. Very disappointed in both the misleading tracker and the customer service.

- ENEric NagiAug 2, 20251.0Stay far away. Ordered on the app, single pizza and some garlic knots, order stalls at the "prep" phase in the app for an hour. I call multiple times, no answer. I try to contact someone through the app, you can't. AI assistant asks you literally dozens of questions and opens a case for you. Meanwhile, I'm starving and now need to get food, and also physically drive to the store to get a refund for my order. They offered no apology or explanation, said that the driver just left with my order a few minutes ago. I did not believe him and even if it did, the food would probably be covered in ants or stolen by the time I got back. I literally called the store in front of them while I was waiting for someone to talk to me and it rang. It was ringing the whole time I was there. No one even looked at the phone. As I left I said he should pick up the phone, and with no care at all he said "little busy". Literally just picking up the phone and saying the order is taking a long time because they were slammed would have saved all this trouble. The food was at my door when I got back, cold. It was also awful, so I'm glad I stopped and got something else on the way home because it was bad enough that I didn't even want to put it in the fridge. Awful food, awful people, don't waste your time or money.
