We called the store to see what I could do and they said come to our store with the receipt and we will honor the card with no issue. I went out of my way to get the receipt from my family member who bought me the gift card. Ordered food and brought the gift card and receipt and the store would not honor my gift card after they specifically told me over the phone they would take care of it. I walked out and did not purchase my pizza. Wasted my gas and time unfortunately

When I arrived at Domino’s #4393, 220 Elizabeth Dr, I was told my order hadn’t even been put in the oven yet and I’d need to wait another 20 minutes. When I questioned why the app said complete, the response was: “That’s the app and this is reality.” That’s dismissive, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Don’t show orders as complete if they aren’t, and don’t blame customers for trusting your app. Very disappointed in both the misleading tracker and the customer service.
