Last night the girl actually scooped a MOTH into my ice cream and then acted like she didn't see it! My husband couldn't get any ice cream since they didn't have any spoons left and when we said something the employees looked like they were surprised that we were upset! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I counted 24 flavors which is the max capacity of the coolers, plus a fridge loaded with ice cream cakes and pints. Friendly staff. There are staff shortages everywhere right now, so yeah just be patient. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. But this location compares to all the other Dunkin/Baskin Robbins combo locations I've ever been to.

I’ve been going in there @ once a week for the past few weeks and they never have items in stock. I went in there last week and literally there was no ice cream not even one flavor. It’s HORRIBLE!!

Took my Daughter yesterday for our yearly icee cream after the first day of school. What a let down. No vanilla no choclate not even any good alternatives. Lucky to have had 6 to choose from. So much for 31 flavors. Not sure why they don't stock this store. I would hate to see it close but they don't have much to offer open.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
