- SMSarah Morton4 days ago1.0DON’T GO HERE!!! Unless you are willing to wait 30 minutes for frozen bagel bites and an overly sweet drink. I ordered the everything bagel bites and when I got it ( waited 10 minutes), they were rock hard frozen in the middle. I went back inside and asked for a a new batch and they gave me new ones, but they were burnt. There’s no in between. Please do not waste your money here.

Pour in a glass to see, I cannot believe this. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I generally let small mistakes slide because I get it. But come on. You made me wait for 15 mins and pay for a cup of hot milk. And I don’t understand how a place with the word “Donut” in their name could be out of most of their donut selection. Unfortunately, I will continue to go here once every other month, hoping for a somewhat decent experience, and then yet again be let down.

The customer service is outstanding, the staff is always friendly, and the store manager is super nice. Mornings can be busy, so I recommend using the mobile app and allowing around 5 minutes for your order. Highly recommend this location! 😄☕
