  Dining area was extremely cold. 2 adults 2 children relatively small order. Took more than 30 minutes to get the food and the only burger we got was room temperature. 0/10 would not recommend this Wendy’s.

  Food would’ve been good…. If we got it. Me and my friend went here and got our drinks almost immediately. We waited at the window maybe 10 minutes before being asked to pull around and wait in the parking lot. We waited 10 more minutes in the parking lot before having to go in where we were handed our bag of food. I knew we should’ve checked but we got home and find out the burger, the most expensive item we ordered wasn’t even in the bag. I don’t usually complain about service but this really boiled my blood. If you want Wendy’s that bad prepare to wait 20+ min for it

  Ordered two night in a row while staying at the nearby hotels, both nights had issues with my order. First night ordered through drive-thru and got tenders. Unfortunately, I was told they were sold out and they’d sub for 10pc nuggets. Nuggets were the worst nuggets I’ve ever had from a Wendy’s. 2nd night, ordered a double stack and 4 pc nugget with fries through the app. I received a jr hamburger with bacon (don’t eat bacon and wasn’t even notified of the substitute upon ordering so inedible) instead of my 4pc nugget I got a chicken sandwich. Honestly, it seems like leadership is a huge issue and don’t have the skills to manage and rely on who they can hire while missing out on real customer service. Either close up shop, retrain and ensure consistent service or hire new staff from top to bottom but whatever is happening here is destroying the Wendy’s brand. FYI: If you receive an improper order like many have according to the previous reviews. Reach out to your bank and file a claim and get your money back. Better off protecting yourself than continuing to allow a fast food restaurant with this level of poor service to thrive. In short, don’t expect to come here and get what you ordered.

  MOST INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT PARKING LOT. Building is completely backwards, and impossible to exit! I'll literally go anywhere else before I come back.

  Made an online order tonight went to pick it up. My fries were cold and nasty. Then I order baconator fries, which looks like it was just thrown together fries dont look done and were cold.
