  Staff owners are rude nasty that older one need to be excused from customer service. At the heavier one is just as bad. Both of them together is like the blind leading the blind. Try ask a question. No comprehension to the answer.

  I choose where I spend my hard earned money. Is my motto. If I don't like your service I won't eat there. I was just transferred for work to this side of town I had a school performance for my daughter and after that I wanted to grab me a quick snack so I choose to get me a six inch sub from there because it was the quickest restaurant within the distance I have not shopped at this location and over a year because the last time they messed up my salad and made it like it was my fault although it was an online order and they did not even put cheese or meat on the salad which it clearly stated turkey on the receipt with cheddar cheese however I wanted to try them one more time this time was the same experience when I went to place my order it said that the location was closed however it was not I walked in they made like it was a joke that I could not order online and they said I don't know why you can't others are then she called me by name which made me think that something a little suspicious. I ordered my sub I gave them coupon on my app I had a gift card on my app that I also wanted to use they made like that they could not use either coupon nor gift card so after already have a nasty negative experiences there and not eating at that location and over a year I decided to abandon the sandwich leave it with them and walk out The lady behind the counter yelled and screamed her obscenities not been able to comprehend anything she says as there is a very heavy accent in language barrier So that right there alone is a problem I understand how all these stores get to become Subway owners anyways and have the audacity to be nasty and disrespectful to the citizens of the country that you work in doesn't make much sense to me however that's neither here nor there My issue is they have horrible customer service and do not appreciate the services of a us Americans who spend hard earn money with them that was my last chance trying to give them my money I will never shop with them again unless The subway near Walmart is amazing they don't have any issues from them never mess my food order up however this one on Greenville avenue seems to have some type of issue. And I have narrowed it down to the owners they think they are better than you they talk down to you but they can say whatever they want to say because you can't understand 90% of the words that they say in a sentence so let them yap let them continue to get there one stars and shop at the other Stanton Subway locations hell I have to even driven to Waynesboro and I live 0.5 mi away from them.

  they used to take the coupons and now they don’t ur out of ur mind if u pay full price for subway when u can go to firehouse or jersey mikes
