  Placed order online spent $60. I walked in the guy making the pizza let in on me. She was in here 5 minutes ago it will be 45 minutes before her order is ready. I said excuse me, my order was placed online and I was not in here 5 minutes ago. Very rude, and he was making the pizza not working the front. Had his nose stuck somewhere he had no business. I wish I had been a mystery shopper. What if I had been a corporate employee and this comment flew out of his mouth.

  Food is fine, but I placed an order 20 minutes ago for pickup, got to the store and they were just starting my order... They weren't even busy.

  Well, congratulations to this Domino's location for receiving my first ever Google review! Wish it was for better reasons though. My friend orders from this location pretty frequently for us, but that will soon change. Since she's too nice and won't write a bad review, I will because this is starting to get ridiculous, and they need to be held accountable. This location is simply a hit-or-miss, with a lot more misses, especially this month (November 2025). I'm not sure if it's because of new employees or what, but our orders are progressively getting worse. They are undercooking our pizzas to the point where each slice flops over, causing the toppings to slide off. Even if we ask for "well done," it literally makes no difference. The toppings distribution is atrocious. They don't know how to count when it comes to side items like bread bites. With our last few pizza orders, we could only stand to eat a slice or two. We threw the rest away because of how unappetizing the pizzas would look and taste. They used to nail our orders in the past, which is why we continued to come back after they heavily messed up the first time. However, this downward trend seems to be the new norm now considering the fact that this was the third incident this month! I'm honestly surprised how this location has 4.4 stars still. Don't let the relatively good rating fool you though. Based on our recent orders, they simply don't care about their food quality anymore. We never had any issues with their customer service (so kudos to that), but you're not going to Domino's for the employee/customer interaction. You're going for their food, and their food is simply not it. TLDR: This location lacks consistency and is going downhill. I suggest saving your money or start ordering from local pizza places in Staunton instead. There are way better options out there and unlike this location, those other pizza places actually care about the type of food they're pushing out. We are extremely disappointed and disgusted with this Domino's location.
