The guy at the window verified order and took payment- handed me the kids ice cream and asked us to pull forward he would bring our other 2 Sunday’s out. 25 minutes later this girl came out and asked what we ordered. I went inside for a refund- at this point we just wanted to go home. I expected to see the guy who took our order ans the girl who came out based on how slow everything was going. Nope… there were at least 5 people in there. Unfortunately, the guy who took our order (also identified as the manager) seemed to be the only one who knew how to ti anything. Everyone else was just standing there chatting with their hands in their pockets. I should have just gone to Split Banana, the drive and walk would have been less than the 25 we spent in drive through and try icecream is better with more choices.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
