  What's the point in having scheduled operating hours if you dont follow them? Showed up this morning at 7:50, (almost an hour after supposed opening) to locked doors and off lights...😠🙄

  they were very friendly while being busy. i can understand waiting while they are busy but these people were moving so slow and had no urgency. other than waiting for 15 minutes for a mobile order my food was good

  I honestly loved Tropical Smoothie at one time. There's a few things that irk me so badly, I've stopped supporting the business as a whole. Not sure why I came in today thinking things had gotten better 1. Why did you remove flax seed from the menu? My favorite smoothie was Tripple Berry Oat (which you also completely removed from the menu. News flash, the Blueberry Bliss tastes NOTHING like the TBO. I also used to have to CALL to ask for my smoothie to be double run, because it was hard to drink it, although delish. Why do you NOT have a "notes section" like every other restaurant that accepts orders on apps so I would never need to call in to request that? 2. Why are your small chia and acai bowls so darn expensive? They are small bowls with small amounts of fruit with yogurt or chia seeds. Meatless....but $2 more than even your most expensive salads and wraps, WITH MEAT. It's so ridiculous! I've recreated mine at home and they are the cheapest ingredients everrrr to purchase. Stop cheating your customers out of money with cheaply priced products for a lot more money! 3. I paid all that money for a wrap. You ONLY have three selections of chips? Again, why are you cheating your customers? Your customers can only choose from Salt n' Vinegar, Sunchips - Harvest Cheddar, and Baked plain potato chips. WHYYYYYY? You obviously are not struggling for profits with these high priced menu items! It's the simple stuff in life that make a difference in the lives of others. Good product value for reasonable pricing and serving ratio- that's basic values for attracting smart & loyal consumers. Use practical tools for your customers that are already available to you, such as a NOTES Section in your app! Finally, give customers more chip options, not limited to THREE CHIP CHOICES! Please. Do. Better!!!!!
