- JJJasonApr 15, 20261.0not long ago I would have given them at least 4 stars, but lately they are lucky to get 1 star. First, prices are insane these days. $13.59 and $4.99 for a LITTLE cajun fry. Now, let's move on to the real problem - inability to get the order right. The last two times I got food from there, including just now, they got my order wrong. The first time, they gave the door dasher the wrong order and it didn't show up until after I called to complain about it not arriving at all. Today, and the one that really set me off... I ordered my usual meal and they forgot the cokes. When my wife got home with the order, I asked where the cokes were and she told me that was all they gave her. I tried to call and talk to the manager, but they put me on hold and hung up on me in about 20 seconds. So, I went over to talk to them and get my sodas. I asked for the manager, and some kid came over as I was explaining it. Then they tell me "ohh, he's not the manager she is" and they point to a woman there. I started to explain the problem, but when I saw the blank look on her face I decided to leave without my drink because I have no patience for that type of thing. By the time I got back to the hotel my family and I have been forced to live in the last month when our home was destroyed by a tree my food was ice cold and I had no drink. The fries were so cold, I find it hard to believe they were fresh when they put them in the bag like they claim they will be.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
