  Muy mal servicio, llegué a recoger mi orden y la señora de camisa negra q es la manager me salió bien pedante cuando le pregunté q porque me hicieron esperar 5 minutos cuando mi orden estaba lista desde q yo llegué al restaurante.

  Five Guys is pretty basic. What you see is what you get. The no frills step up and order and wait on your food. Restaurant was clean, the guy taking the order at the counter was friendly and helpful as this is not a normal for me to go to fast food places. But I can appreciate a sack of potatoes sitting in front of the store to let you know it's not some processed potatoes and really just potatoes dipped in hot grease. And actually the best fries and a really good burger.

  I’ve never had such a bad experience at five guys. I placed my order . While I’m waiting , a curly hair girl handling food at the time got a phone call and with her gloves on (which were already see through , looked like they been on for hours) grabbed the phone , touched the back door and disappeared for a few seconds maybe a minute the most. Came back , got right back to handling someone’s food with those same gloves that just touched the phone, door and god knows what else on the other side of the door. So me knowing my order is next I told my Fiance in complete shock “ omg she just. Touched the phone, door and everything and didn’t change her gloves” so he told her “ can you please change your gloves” she then did. After already touching someone else’s sandwiches. Not a hand washing employee in sight. Then we get to the car and my fries were the soggiest wiggliest fries ever. The food quality was poor. Oil obviously needs to be changed. Unseasoned and a waste of money. Please train your employees on the importance of washing hands , changing gloves and cross contamination.

  7pm 30 March 2026. Place was dead and they still messed up my order, no cheese on a cheese burger and hotdog/fries given to the only other customer there who began eating the fries before the staff realized it was wrong. For the prices being charged at 5 guys you’d think basic order accuracy when it’s not busy is a low bar to overcome.
