Worst experience I ever had and I actually liked go to this location. I Made an estimated time to go order for 15 wings , I opened my container and was only given 7 wings. I drove back to the store showed the cashier my order and the container . She looked and showed the cooks my order and they made me a fresh order of wings . Before I left the store I checked the order they managed to get my order wrong after looking at my ticket. I wanted a refund at this point . I was told that I could not get a refund since they made me the correct wings,
and instead I could get another fresh order. I had to explain to the cashier I did not receive the correct order and show her a picture of the first order that I originally wanted that they messed up. Mind you the cooks were staring at me like I was the problem!? The cashier called her manager and I was told by the manager she had to speak to the owner in order for me to receive a refund and to leave my order number /contact information. No one ever called me I had to reach out to wing-stop hq in order to get a refund. It took this store a whole month just to give me a refund.🤦🏽‍♀️

I ordered delivery through their website. The driver only delivered one out of three meals. When I called for help, the employee stated she couldn't provide a refund or deliver the rest of the order. She said she'd have the manager call the next day to process a refund. The manager never called and they didn't answer my calls when I tried calling them. I would not recommend the delivery option to anyone. Pick up the order in person.
