I have been to this location many times and the staff has always been friendly and personable. However this past visit on 12/1/25 let’s just say the only colorful thing about the staff that waited on us was her multi tone hair. She just slammed out during inks on counter as we were dining in did not expect her to fill them. After getting food tanked her and said have a good evening and …….crickets. One day of the trash receptacles was blocked off with trays as so you wouldn’t use them.

I've been in many Wendy's, but this one impressed me. The dining area was clean. The food tasted fresh and it was hot, just the way I like it. Great experience after a long day of work.

This place is a disaster. No counter staff to take an order. You must use one of the two kiosks to enter your order or order on the App. The kiosk at the main counter doesn't have a scanner so you can't scan in a digital coupon. I don't want to work for Wendy's!
The burgers were tasteless as were the fries. The chilli was good. The ketchup dispenser was broken. Just packets available.
2 burger combo's and a chili were $32.02. Ridiculous. Never again.
New and very clean. Counter staff attentive. Disclaimer: I haven't been to a Wendy's since Dave Thomas died.
The store is set up primarily for app orders with multiple parking spots for pickup and inside it has cubbies for app pickup of your cold food.
The burgers were beyond disappointing. Flat wad of meat and flat bun with pink goo oozing out the sides. Not appealing at all. Tasted as bad as it looked. The chilli was mostly beans in a thin liquid with a corn starch taste. Occasional pieces of meat were the consistency of rubber bands and had to be spit out. The only thing that saved the chilli was adding two packs of hot sauce. The fries were limp and tasteless. The two meals were $27.30. I could have gotten two premium Angus half pound burgers cooked to order with tots at Firebird's for that. Scratch Wendy's off the list.
*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.
