After placing a mobile order, I went through the drive-thru to pick it up and was not greeted. The employee confirming my order was curt and again did not greet me at the window. I was then given unclear instructions to pull behind another car.
I received the wrong order and went inside to have it corrected. Several employees saw me but did not acknowledge me. When they finally did, of course i was directed to the rude employee to figure out, one employee who dismissed my concern, responded sharply, and returned with my order in a rude manner.
Even then, my order was still missing several items, including an entrée, sauces, napkins. At that point, I chose not to return again despite the missing items. While the food is usually OK, this experience definitely leaves a sour taste as a result.
Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and poorly handled, from customer service to order accuracy. Not what I would expect from even a fast food place, or Wendy's.

Go on a random Thursday and you can be surprised by almost losing teeth on twice fried French fries that are burnt and hard as rocks. Best part is you get to wait for 20 minutes at the drive through to be served those delicacies.

It took forever for someone to take my order. It seems they were concerned about the drive thru not the lobby. When she came to take my order she couldn't answer any questions. She directed me to plastic cards on the counter because 80% of the menu was not posted on the menu board. The worst salad ever. Chicken must have microwaved for 2 minutes. I couldn't stab it with the plastic fork. Apples were brown and mushy. Lettuce was on the verge. I would have returned but we were on I-95 by then. I dumped the entire salad at our next stop.
