My husband and I were assisted in the drive thru by this young lady host named Francisca (per paper receipt) on 9/29. We ordered three full meals for our family as we usually do since we are regulars and she was rude when we politely asked her if she could please provide us one or a couple more sauces since we had only received two for all three large meals. Everyone has always been so polite, kind and professional but her. Hopefully this young lady can get some more training about customer service to make Wendys guest visits more pleasant. Unfortunately we left with the two sauces to avoid any confrontation with her and ruin our meal as she had requested to run our card again for .50 cents if we wanted another sauce. I understand some people may abuse the sauce request but she should be able to notice with the correct training when people don’t and what’s only fair to provide per meal amounts.

The customer service was poor on this occasion. While ordering through the drive thru, a Caucasian woman with red lipstick was not friendly AT ALL. I frequently this one occasionally and won't return. I hate bad customer service. And the food was fresh, so that overshadowed my experience.

It took forever for someone to take my order. It seems they were concerned about the drive thru not the lobby. When she came to take my order she couldn't answer any questions. She directed me to plastic cards on the counter because 80% of the menu was not posted on the menu board. The worst salad ever. Chicken must have microwaved for 2 minutes. I couldn't stab it with the plastic fork. Apples were brown and mushy. Lettuce was on the verge. I would have returned but we were on I-95 by then. I dumped the entire salad at our next stop.
