    After placing a mobile order, I went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The employee was unwelcoming, did not greet me at the speaker or window, and told me to pull forward and wait. When my food was brought out, it was the wrong order. I went inside to have it corrected, while several employees saw me at the counter and did not acknowledge me. When I was finally helped, I was directed back to the same employee, who appeared frustrated by the mistake and responded rudely before getting and handing me my order. Even then, my order was still missing items. At that point, I chose not to return again. While the food is usually fine, this experience felt unwelcoming and poorly handled from start to finish. The lack of courtesy and repeated order issues are not what I would expect from Wendy’s or even a fast-food restaurant.

    Go on a random Thursday and you can be surprised by almost losing teeth on twice fried French fries that are burnt and hard as rocks. Best part is you get to wait for 20 minutes at the drive through to be served those delicacies.
