- NVNurse VNov 9, 20253.0The food was hot and delicious but the service definitely fell short. The guy preparing my sub started off friendly, but his attitude shifted the moment I said I didn’t want it toasted. He sighed loudly, rolled his eyes and handled my sandwich pretty roughly. Just very dramatic and unnecessary. Everyone has off days but that kind of energy shouldn’t be passed on to customers. I hope the staff can work on maintaining a more positive attitude, even when things don’t go as expected.
