  This location is a prime example of why it would not hurt my feelings if McDonald's went out of business everywhere. Traveling worker here, so I depend on quick food alot but have started depending more on shakes and fruit because of service and quality like this location, no wonder it's a 2.4 stars.. I ordered McMuffin combo with a coffee and cream and sugar. I get held at first off by the person taking the order when I'm the only person there at 530 am, my coffee was black and cold. Hash brown was cold , McMuffin was hard , so I just waisted almost 9 dollars for a meal I threw away. I don't know why I even bother one day a week for this garbage over processed food Knowing the meat isn't even real, guess I'm stuck in the 80s praying still for quality to come back. Count your days McDonald's, for me I give up and will stick to my isopure shakes, eggs and fruit never again will I spend my money on this garbage. Quit poisoning your community with your toxic food and employees.

  Arrived there around 11 am to place my order through the drive through. The black guy who was working drive through didn’t seem interested in being there. Or taking my order then when we got to the window to pay he eventually opened up. He had an attitude he let us tap our card and then shut the window and gave us no receipt. Thanks for the poor service. Then they made us wait at the window with no notice about what was going on with the food. We eventually got the food they weren’t nice but who likes good customer service. The fries were good the cocoa cola was good. But the burger looked like it was made yesterday and served today. Thanks for being horrible. Work on your customer service. If you don’t want to be there don’t take it out on the customer.

  I came to this McDonald's on dec 28 at 950pm. This Location purposely doesnt take orders in the drive through in hopes that customers drive off. I waited at the speaker for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I was acknowledged I was told to hold on. When they were finally ready for me I started ordering and I was told to hold mid order for another 3 minutes. This location also claims thier ice cream machine is broken but after tonight I do not believe it. I finally left this Location with food in hand at 1020

  They will completely ignore your order if you're in curbside. We placed an order, waited 30 minutes, and then when we finally walked inside and asked about it, they acted all surprised that we actually wanted the food we had paid for!

  Man, I had to do a move job and was riding back from Pittsburgh. After a 6hrs my Son and I wanted to grab some food. We chose McDonald’s out of the other fast food spots here. Boy, did we choose wrong. It was about 6:40 PM. It’s only a few cars in the drive-through one other person in the restaurant. I ordered my food at the kiosk and went to pay at the counter. I waited a few minutes as I watch other people wait at the counter for a few minutes and walk away. I wasn’t sure why they walked away but after I got there, nobody was there and nobody attempted to come to the front either. I tried to say, excuse me to a few of the employees that walked by and kept looking over at us, but nobody would answer me. I shot it a little louder so what are the young ladies doing the fries? Excuse me excuse me is there anybody at the counter? I just gotta pay for my food to see you guys are busy. She said no not at this time. I waited a few more minutes to see if she would tell somebody that we needed help upfront, but they just giggled so we left won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s.
