  Went through the drive thru for the wife and I, got home and my sandwich was wrong. I drove back and politely asked for the correct sandwich inside the store. I got the same thing with a piece of bacon on it, still wrong. The manager Benjamin informed me that I would have to pay extra for it. I do apologize for cussing at him but my cancer treatment makes me tired and irritated. I am not even supposed to be out right now. Benjamin argued with me for 5 minutes over a piece of lettuce and some ranch dressing. Benjamin needs a lesson in management and customer care.

  Wait is extremely long. Ordered Iced coffee, tasted absolutely horrible and sugar didn’t fix it. Ordered one Dr. Pepper and Root Beer, both of them were coke. Ordered a plain chicken sandwich. Came not plain, went back and asked for a replacement that is PLAIN, came back wrong again. If there’s something wrong with the food, no one is up at the front to help you. Ever. The kiosks don’t print receipts. If you’re trying pay cash good luck.

  This is the second worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The first was the time the McDonald's employee told me that if I wanted soda, I needed to change out the syrup. I placed an order through the app for a big Mac meal, large, and a 10 piece nuggets meal, large. Staples of McDonald's. I selected drive thru for pickup. I waited for 35 minutes to get the food. The problem was that they had 7 new employees starting during dinner rush on a Saturday. Poor management choice. The food turned out to be inedible. The fries were so salty. Just so salty. There were 9 nuggets in the 10 piece. The big Mac was missing the sauce. And then the order was packed into the bag... poorly. At least the GM got to be on her phone while this catastrophe was happening. Recommend literally any other one of the eateries nearby over this place. I hope it goes out if business, or Ray Kroc comes back from the dead to take over.

  Literally anything you order at any time of day will be wrong, old or cold and you will have to go back in that long line for them to fix it. I've only been there a few times during different times of the day so I highly suggest management get a hold of this team. How did it take 10-15 minutes to get an iced coffee I get to the window after they ask me the code on the app four times and you still get it wrong and the person at the window didn't know how to make the ice coffee so now you're playing with people's money and people's food asking continuously and still not making it right is awful and then one side of the drive-thru goes faster than the other one it's supposed to be one and one from each side not empty out one side and then do the next. Update: the link that you provide for more feedback doesn't work we just want the food to be fresh and service not to be so long and orders not to be incorrect I'm not writing another page on another link to tell you how bad the service is.

  My wife and I attempted to go through the drive through on 10/25 @ 11:15pm. As we pulled up to the far side intercom and menu, a group of teens walked up to the near side intercom. 2 of the teens appeared to be employees who had just gotten off. As we waited to place our order, the kids where talking with the drive through employee through the intercom, making jokes and trying to order (Not in a vehicle). We waited for about 4 minutes for the kids to leave, but they just carried on conversation with the employee through the intercom. I asked if there was anyone to take the order and all they responded with was “yeah hold on.” I’ve been to this McDonalds one other time, as I try to avoid this place at all cost. The first visit I waited 15 min for 2 McDoubles. Considering the reviews and the cleanliness of this McDonalds, corporate should pull the franchise from the owner, a complete embarrassment of an “establishment.”
