If you order on the mobile app do not request in store pick-up. The young gentleman working the register passed me multiple times and was blatantly ignoring me. I waited for my food assuming that something wasn't done cooking. Only after I leaned over the counter to grab a kitchen staffs attention did he finally ask if I needed assistance. I told him my order number and discovered I had been looking at my food all along.....sitting on the kitchen side counter in front of the warmers, not the pick up window. I know from working at a McDonald's that customers aren't allowed behind the counter. So I stood for over 10 Minutes waiting for food that was actually ready because the register staff was refusing to acknowledge me.

I used to really enjoy eating at this restaurant, but this is the second time I've found hair in my burger, and it completely puts me off my food. I find it unhygienic that the staff work without hairnets and that hair ends up everywhere in the food, or at least in the burgers. That was definitely my last time in that restaurant. I'm simply disgusted.

The food was hot and fresh. What I didn't like the homeless man kept bothering us, when we was trying to eat and enjoy our lunch after a long ride.

Order was wrong. Place was a wreck. Empty bags and trash everywhere. Zero clean tables to sit at and they weren’t terribly busy, but food was great!
