I’ve been consistently ordering from this McDonald’s for five years. Service standards, guest service, and efficiency have steadily increased. However, in all this time (and we get Mick-D’s a lot) whenever I request extra onions on an item, they remove the onions - I get none. Spoken to whatever manager is there at the time to rectify by giving the onions to me separately, as well as to advise their teams for future orders…. Still hasn’t changed.

I was really disappointed with my order. My McChicken was terrible — someone pressed it with their nail, so half of the burger was squished. On top of that, all the fries spilled inside the bag. We weren’t given any ketchup, and instead they brought completely the wrong sauce. Very poor service and quality.

I am so disappointed with how this was handled I wanted to order the gold edition snack wrap, a sweet tea, and a Diet Coke. However when taking my order they put a ranch snack wrap meal a sweet tea and Diet Coke and then when asked if that was all I confirmed that it was a gold edition snack wrap and they simply added a single gold snack wrap to our order and told us to pull up. Knowing this wasn’t correct we spoke with the women at the first window that we just wanted the gold edition snack wrap but she insisted that’s all we had on our order and that it came with two and was cheaper that way. Very confused I just paid and asked for my receipt because she didn’t give anymore information. Looking at my receipt and seeing the issue was still not fixed I pulled up to the second window and the woman simply grabbed her manager who apparently took our order and began arguing with me about what I had apparently said when ordering and she had zero intention of fixing my order or having a conversation with me she then blurts out you want large fry? What? I am so at a loss and feeling very confused and frustrated but just say ok at this point because I have already been charged for more food than I even wanted at this point and would just like to not escalate this further. I am asked if I want any sauce and I ask for some good sauce and told that they don’t have any anymore by the woman working the drive thru with her manager behind her who is no longer speaking to me. I am so done at this point and I am handed my bag and the window shut in my face only to discover I wasn’t even given all the food I paid for!!!! I open my bag to find 2 fries and a single snack snack wrap and to top it all off my Diet Coke is regular coke not diet and my sweet tea tastes off(I usually love McDonald’s sweet tea and order it every time) I have no interest in driving back to this McDonald’s just to be yelled at and bullied by the manager so I will never be returning to this location again and telling my friends and family to do the same unless they want the same unprofessional treatment and abuse.
