    *** grocery pick up scam*** When we’ve ordered for pickup the last few months we’ve noticed the paper receipt and digital receipt are different. If you check the taxes on the top right on both you’ll noticed a difference. Usually for us about $20 bucks taken from us. We have to call each time the customer service number on the top left of receipt. if this happens to you explain the 2 tax amounts differ and they will refund you. This is happening to everyone I’m assuming if this happens to us everytime without fail. So for however long you be been ordering pickup they’ve been stealing from you. Be sure to check receipt and call in to be sure to get refunded.

    They have scanning guns! Only Giant in area that does. I love the ability to scan as you go. Stopped going to the one closer to me until they get the scanners

    Been living in the area of Stafford and Fredericksburg since 2002 and will say Giant has always been my go to for groceries and their deals. Keep up the great work and service. Very nice and helpful staff from front to back. With that said I would like to shout out Miciah (I hope I spelled that right) for his great cashier skills from greeting to especially bagging and also the young gentleman I always see working produce but knows his whole store sorry I don’t know your name but keep up that great service.
