- PPPMFeb 17, 20265.0Placed an online order and was blown away by how busy it was when I got there! I guess there was some BOGO deal going on that I had no idea about. Whoops! Despite it being packed wall-to-wall in there and some customers being rude, the team worked so incredibly hard and stayed positive. The male employee who was the main one calling out orders was so patient with huffy customers and was so kind to everyone. I just wanted to commend the team because I’ve never seen a Five Guys so packed and team hustle so hard.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
