Never had a problem at this location in terms of the chicken not being juicy. It's always felt like when I start biting into them when it's freshly, made with the steam wafting out and juices flowing, in comparison to some of the other branches of Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to where their chicken felt dry and hard. Atmosphere is nice, the pictures I used for my review I tried to not include people. Service is generally good, might also because I somehow tend to get the same guy who's a really nice server and waiter. But even when I get other people as waiters or waitresses they're generally pretty nice overall. I'm only giving a 4* but I'd give it more like a 4.5 for service however, because there was one time a few months back where it wasn't busy and me and my mother had to wait for like 20 minutes just for water. But other than that experience. It hasn't really been bad. (I generally spend like 30+ on food alone only because I get extra for the next day and an appetizer, the cookie skillet dessert is to die for, they're really good.)
