- CDCurtis Day5 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and didn’t realize until I got home that my order was incomplete. I called the store right away, but the employee I spoke with wasn’t helpful and said they couldn’t issue a refund over the phone. There was also no manager on duty to address the issue. The only solution offered was for me to drive back to the store to pick up the missing items, which completely defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru in the first place. When I returned, I was asked if I still wanted a refund, which should have been handled during the initial call. To make matters worse, the bagels and donuts we did receive tasted stale, like they had been sitting out for a while. Overall, poor service, lack of management presence, and low-quality food. I won’t be returning and would recommend going somewhere else.
