- NNNuri6 days ago1.0Avoid this Subway if you expect basic customer service. The restroom has supposedly been “out of order” for over five weeks, and staff keep repeating the same excuse that a customer broke it. I was told this weeks ago by one employee, and today I heard the exact same story from another after purchasing food. At this point, it’s hard to believe this isn’t just an excuse to avoid letting customers use the restroom. This is unacceptable. If you’re serving food, you should provide access to a working restroom or at least be honest about the situation. Ignoring the issue for weeks shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Management needs to step in and fix this immediately.

I walk in and see an old lady standing at the counter, I had a pickup order and when I asked if she had it she immediately denied me, after countless effort to ask her to double check in case she heard me wrong she was to impatient and didn’t do anything about the situation. Her co-worker that can speak English more clearly finally came out of the back to address the problem, I was on the verge of leaving the shop because the old lady kept saying “no no we don’t have” until after about 5 minutes of my time wasted, I get my tuna sub that has been ready minutes before I even arrived. There should be at least an ounce of service to be provided every customer, even though it’s a fast food joint they wouldn’t even have gaven me compensation if I left. I will never buy from this location ever again.

She was cleaning the tables, and she said that she had to clean the tables where we were sitting at, what a terrible staff member. Not sure if the manager was presented. But for sure is something that they have to work on. I’ve never coming back here.
