  The sign on the window said the fish sandwich was $2.99, but the order taker said it was regular price, not $2.99. I have now heard McDonald's ad on the radio twice, advertising it for $2.99, including last night, March 28th. What is going on!!!

  I avoid this location anytime I want McDonalds cause the workers are so stingy with giving a sauce packet or creamer, even if I order it ahead. My orders are also usually messed up and they’re inconsistent with the items served.

  I visited McDonald's recently while I was running late for school and ordered a McGriddle. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it seemed incomplete. I was only given the bread and none of the usual filling inside the McGriddle. I didn’t have time to go back and fix the order because I was already late, so I had to leave it as it was. I was really disappointed because I was hungry and was expecting a complete meal, especially since I rely on quick service in the morning rush. It ended up being a frustrating experience and I didn’t have anything to eat for the rest of the day at school.

  I was rushing when I made the original review. Here is the story. I went to pick up some burgers for my nephew and ordered it right before I left work. I do not eat at MCD at all. But I walked in to this location and say a gentleman standing in line and he was looking confused. I asked him if he was in line or if he has been helped and he said "NOPE!" I say a young guy with a headphone on and I asked him does he know who is working the front and he stood in front of me as if he was ready to fight me for asking and said "I am" and was starringat me. He was going to help me and I directed him to the person in front of me. He proceeded to get my stuff after he took the other guy order. This is an establishment and customer service is a must when a person is spending there money. Then guy that was slinder Hispanic with black frame glasses is lucky I am not someone that would have made that situation a huge issue. This is how a company that has been around for years want to be represented!?! This need to addressed immediately!!!

  Service over here really bad, I never come over here again, I order food and come to drive through, the guy on speaker can not hear number LC30 in 3 times repeat, and he said come to second window, and skinny guy talk really rude to us, my husband told him " I pickup my order" he ask the number and he told " LC30 " and he can not found our number even he look", he told my husband go to the counter for Uber, he repeat "I pickup my order, not Uber ", skinny guy told we have to stop window 1, but the speaker guy told us stop at window 2, they still didn't findout, I look back order and its right location, we have to cancel and leave
