- CMCharles MurrayMar 24, 20262.0Guy working the drive-thru today was inattentive and rude. I waited at the speaker menu for almost 5 minutes without even a greeting. I had to say hello twice before he even acknowledges that someone was at the speaker. To top it off he was rude about it. With an attitude that suggested that I as a customer have inconvenienced him by visiting McDonald's. I don't know the guys name but he had dredds if that helps management identify him. He needs a talking to about customer service expectations when working the drive-thru.

If the establishment says that it should open at four am, that’s the time it needs to be opened, otherwise update the hours to curb expectations.
